Are your products vegan?
Yes, predominant majority of our products are formulated with plant-based ingredients and are 100% vegan.
What makes your products “natural”?
We use botanical extracts, organic butters (like shea, cocoa and kokum), and pure essential oils. Our formulations are free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and harsh sulfates.
How should I store my artisan soap?
To make your bars last longer, keep them on a well-draining soap dish and allow them to dry completely between uses.
Do you use plastic packaging?
We are currently transitioning to a 100% plastic-free experience. While a small amount of our current packaging still utilizes plastic, we are actively moving toward all-natural and recyclable alternatives for every product in the very near future.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since we use natural botanical ingredients and avoid heavy synthetic preservatives, we recommend using our products within 12 months of purchase for the best experience.
Do you use palm oil in your soaps?
As a sustainable artisan brand we use RSPO-certified (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil).

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders for events?
Yes! We love creating custom batches for weddings, showers, or retail partners. Please contact us directly for pricing and lead times.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey from our workshop to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make further adjustments.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are handcrafted and shipped from Holland, Michigan.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. For the 48 continental states, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days once shipped. Please note that deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii typically take a bit longer to arrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
While our ingredients are natural and gentle, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin first, especially if you have known allergies to specific botanicals.
