Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Essential Oil Blend (Peppermint, Lavender, Citrus), Vegan Mica Colorant.
How to Use: Place shower melt (steamer) on the floor of the shower where water can easily get to it. The water will activate the shower melt and the steam will carry the aroma from the essential oils throughout your shower. For best results do not place the steamer directly in the stream of water or it will dissolve quickly. For more intense aromatherapy you can place your shower steamer in a shower caddy. The closer the steamer is to you, the more of an aromatherapy experience you will have. Enjoy!
Shelf Life: 6-12 months if kept in a sealed container.
How to Store Shower Melts: Shower melts are designed to fizz under stream of water therefore they may activate even from the moisture in the air so keep them in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed in their package away from direct sunlight.

I rarely have time to take baths as my life is super busy, so when I discovered these – I was thrilled! The smell hit me about 60-90 seconds after I turned on the shower and it was great! Wonderful self-care/relaxation tool for those short on time!

Alright, so here’s my review. Before I got in the shower I was annoyed. I was in pain (back seizes up when I do dishes and I had to do them this morning) and I was in a pretty foul mood. Enter stress release shower melt. Y’all, seriously, this is the best shower I have had all year. I feel relaxed, calm and happy! I have no clue how it worked but my gosh, did it ever!! And, I still have one more use out of it! I am super happy with it! Thanks so much Mila Karns! You’re a miracle worker
