If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our bath and body products, we generally do not allow for returns. However, in the rare case a product is damaged during shipping, we will work with you to either file a claim with the postal carrier service utilized, or, if you prefer, you may return the damaged, unused product within five(5) calendar days from the date you received it.in exchange for a store credit in the amount of 100% of the original purchase price of that object minus shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must include a hard copy (or emailed digital) photo of the damaged product as it appeared when you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit in the amount of 100% of the original purchase price of that object minus shipping cost.

You will receive the store credit within two(2) business days of us receiving the damaged item back.

NOTE: In the event you try to file an insurance claim with USPS, please be sure to read and understand their insurance policies and procedures carefully. For example, USPS typically requires recipients of damaged packages to bring that package to their local post office, NOT ship the package back to the sender right away. Not following USPS insurance claim policies and procedures can void their insurance. Soapy is not responsible for whether you decide to file an insurance claim with the postal carrier or what the outcome is, however we do try and assist you in filing that claim should you choose to do so. Please also keep in mind that we require any damaged products to be returned within 5 days of you receiving them (should you be filing for a refund (store credit) with Soapy.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
