Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our bath and body products, we generally do not allow for returns. However, in the rare case a product is damaged during shipping, we will work with you to file a claim with the postal carrier service. There is no guarantee that the shipping vendor will issue a refund since they grade each situation on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE: In the event you try to file an insurance claim with USPS, please be sure to read and understand their insurance policies and procedures carefully. For example, USPS typically requires recipients of damaged packages to bring that package to their local post office, NOT ship the package back to the sender right away. Not following USPS insurance claim policies and procedures can void their insurance. Soapy is not responsible for whether you decide to file an insurance claim with the postal carrier or what the outcome is, however we do try and assist you in filing that claim should you choose to do so. Please also keep in mind that we require any damaged products to be returned within 5 days of you receiving them (should you be filing for a refund (store credit) with Soapy.

Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our bath and body products, we generally do not allow for refunds.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in the event you file a claim with the shipping vendor for a damaged item and also they explicitly instruct you to ship the item back to us. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
